PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

Effective date: 10 August 2016

This Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy is effective immediately for users getting access to the Site from that date.

This Privacy and Cookie Policy describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of information about you in connection with your use of our services, including those offered through the Bloomicon’s web-site andemails (collectively, the "Services/Service", “Site Services”, “the Company’s Services”).

The terms "we", "us", and "the Company", “the Bloomicon” refer to Private limited company BLOOMICON LTD.,CYPRUS, NICOSIA, 16 PENTELIS STREET, P.C. 240 (registered address). When you use the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy and Cookie Policy. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

In this Privacy and Cookie Policy the words "including" and "include" mean "including, but not limited to." Any capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meaning given to them in Terms of Use.

 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We may collect and store information about you when you use the Services. We use the information to fulfill your requests, provide the Service’s functionality, improve the Service’s quality, track usage of the Services, market the Services, provide customer support, message you and enhance the security of the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

Among the information we collect, please note:

a)  Purchase Information: If you purchase the Item through the Services, we may store and use your name and email as well as PayPal account details and other information you may provide during the purchase process. If you believe that someone has used your name and your email to purchase the Item through the Services, please, notify us immediately through Customer Support at support@bloomicon.com.

b)  Communications: When you conduct purchase through the Services or use certain features of the Services, you are opting to receive messages from the Company itself. You can opt out of receiving certain administrative, transactional, or legal messages from the Company, but it may impact your ability to use the Services. We may also track your actions in response to the messages you receive from the Company or through the Service, such as whether you deleted, opened, or forwarded such messages. We may also store information that you provide through communications to us including emails and other electronic messages.

c)  Transactional Information: If you initiate a transaction through the Service, such as a payment for Item from the Services, the information about you, such as your name, email, PayPal account details as well as any other information you provide, will be collected by GETDPD and PayPal in accordance with their Privacy and Cookie Policies in order to process your transaction, and populate forms for future transactions. The Company does not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of directly marketing their services to you unless you first agree to such disclosure. When you submit your PayPal account details, we encrypt that information using industry standard technology.

d)  Activity: We may store information about your use of the Service, such as your search activity, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit our Services. We also may store information that your computer provides to us in connection with your use of the Service, such as your browser type, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, phone number, unique device identifier, location (including geolocation, beacon based location, and GPS location), and requested and referring URLs. You may be able to disallow our use of certain location data through your browser settings.

 

2. COOKIES

We, and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, web beacons, tags, scripts, local shared objects such as HTML5 and Flash (sometimes called "flash cookies") and similar technology ("Cookies") in connection with your use of the Services and third party websites. We may also rely on third party providers to perform certain services for us in connection with your use of the Service, such as communications and hosting services, network security, technical and customer support, tracking and reporting functions, quality assurance testing, payment processing, our own marketing of the Service, and other functions. We may share information from or about you with these third party providers so that they can perform their services or complete your requests. These third party providers may share information with us that they obtain from or about you in connection with providing their services or completing your requests. Third party providers may also share this information with their subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control. Some of our web pages utilize framing techniques to serve content to you from our third party providers, while preserving the look and feel of the Service. In such cases, please note that the information you provide is being provided to the third party.

In spite the fact, the Service may be made available or accessed in connection with third party services and content, the Company does not control such third party services. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of such third party services and content. The Company does not endorse such third party services and content and in no event shall the Companybe responsible or liable for any products or services of such third party providers. These third party beneficiaries are not parties to this contract and are not responsible for the provision or support of the Services in any manner. Your access to the Service using these devices is subject to terms set forth in the applicable third party beneficiary's terms of service.

b)  Business Transfers: We may share information from or about you with our parent companies, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control, in which case we will require them to honor this Privacy and Cookie Policy. If another company acquires the Company or all or substantially all of our assets, that company will possess the same information, and will assume the rights and obligations with respect to that information as described in this Privacy and Cookie Policy.

c)  Investigations: We may investigate and disclose information from or about you if we have a good faith belief that such investigation or disclosure (a) is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process and law enforcement instructions and orders, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on us; (b) is helpful to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service; or (c) protects our rights, reputation, property, or that of our users, affiliates, or the public. If you complain to the Company about content through the Services, we may share the substance of your complaint with the contributor of that content in order to provide an opportunity for the contributor to respond.

d)  Links: The Services may contain links to unaffiliated third party services. Except as set forth herein, we do not share your personal information with them, and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We suggest you read the privacy policies on or applicable to all such third party services.

 

4. CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Please also note that the messages you send to us or receive using the Services are only private to the extent that both you and we with keep them private. For example, the Company may access and disclose such messages in the course of investigations relating to use of the Services.

The Company does not request any Social Security Number (hereinafter – SSN) or other governmental issued ID to conduct Item purchase through the Services or any other activity or interact with the Site Services. If third parties’ services such as GETDPD as well as PayPal ask you to put information about your SSN or other governmental issued ID, you will do it only at your own discretion and on free choice basis. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all and any information about your SSN or other governmental issued ID posted by you through the Site Services or third parties’ services.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and relevant information to conduct Item purchase through the Services . If you are not able to ensure the accuracy, completeness or relevance of such information, including a valid PayPal account details, it may cause your inability to purchase Items from the Services or get access to the Service and to use the Service, or result in the Company's termination of this Agreement with you.

 

5. SECURITY

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We will respond to proper and confirmed requests relating to personal data within 30 days, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

We may revise this Privacy and Cookie Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Privacy and Cookie Policy will govern our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you. If we make material changes to this Privacy and Cookie Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Services prior to the effective date of the changes. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to the revised Privacy and Cookie Policy.
