How do I make a purchase?

What do I get when I make a purchase?

When you purchase any of our products, you'll get a downloadable file that includes all the product files, ready for immediate use or editing.
Refer to the product descriptions for a list of included files and formats.

Can I get an receipt for my purchase?

Of course. When you purchase any of our products, you will receive a receipt on your e-mail.
You’ll be able to view, save or print it.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not have a refund policy, as our products are digital and there is no way to return them.
However, in certain cases we might be able to work something out.

Please contact support if you have any questions, and we will try to help out in any way we can.

I purchased a license but lost the product files. What should I do?

You can download them at any time from your Creative Market account. 

Free products on the website

Free products can be used for personal projects, as long as you give us credit for our work.
If you wish to use our free products for commercial purposes, please contact us to support and we will consider our request.

What’s a royalty-free license?

Our products are offered with a royalty-free license that entitles you to use our products for a variety of purposes with certain restrictions.

What are vector graphics?

Vector graphics are widely used, and there are a number of reasons for this: they can change size without a loss in quality, they’re lightweight files, they can be easily edited, etc.

Should I give attribution when using your products?

For paid products, attribution is not required, but we would be thrilled if you gave it.
For free products, attribution is required.

Will there be any product updates and how will I find out about them?

As soon as we release a product update, they will be sent to the email address you used for your purchase.

Can I include Bloomicon products for resale on digital markets?

Unfortunately, no. You may not use our products for designs that are intended to be resold anywhere under another name.
We might make exceptions in certain cases, so please contact us and we will review your request.

Can I adjust the color or size of the icons?

Absolutely.
You can edit any element of the icons, but you will need a vector graphics editor, preferably Adobe Illustrator.

I need a couple of different/unique icons. Can you make them to order?

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept individual orders.
But we would love to hear any suggestions of new or missing topics that you would like to see, and we will try to add them in a future update.
